It is ideally located for visiting Hadrianโs Wall and its many forts and museums including Vindolanda, the National Park, Hexham and Carlisle. The cottage overlooks Haltwhistle Golf Course to the rear and is a great place to stay for golfers. There are also many walks and cycle routes straight from the cottage, with storage provided for bicycles and muddy boots.
