Summary: Wonderfully comfortable cottage on the Montgomery Canal . Next to an excellent pub with great food and friendly staff . Interesting towns to visit nearby as well as Castles and Gardens .

Summary: My son and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit to The Stables. The house is located in a beautiful location in the country, with a lovely inn with wonderful food a stones throw away. It was a wonderful house with everything you need, with lots of character and a jacuzzi bath! Just what you need for a nice relaxing break away. The location is very near to Oswestry town centre, a mere 15 minutes drive away, with other wonderful locations very near. Summary: The cottage is far bigger than we expected and suited all our needs. The host was particularly helpful. The pub next door, The Navigator, did the most fabulous Sunday lunch. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and was a fantastic size. The wifi was fine. Located right next to the canal, it was great to walk our dog. It has private parking behind a closed gate. Whilst we didn’t try the jacuzzi bath, it was a nice addition and there was plenty of hot water for the shower. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Summary: Spacious , spotlessly clean cottage right beside the canal. Perfect for dog owners as wooden flooring throughout the ground floor and the canal on your door step for walking them..Owners were incredibly friendly and helpful. Great position to visit the area and also both west and north coast Wales . Plenty of walks nearby and can kayak or canoe fro the nearby rental hub at Canal Central.
