Malvern is close by, and the Three Counties Showground, Malvern Hills, as well as farm shops and walking trails are all easily reached.. All on the Ground Floor:

Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds, Patio Doors Leading To Veranda Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Gas central heating (underfloor in kitchen), electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot available on request. Lawned garden with verandah, garden furniture and BBQ. 700-acre landscaped grounds and natural woodland (shared with other properties on-site). Tennis court and gym (shared with other properties on-site). Horse riding by arrangement. Private parking. No smoking. Please note: There is a brook running through the grounds and 2 steps to the garden. There are ongoing building works 100m away, and delivery drivers may pass behind the property (week days only).. These four superb holiday cottages nestle on the borders of Herefordshire and Worcestershire and are located on a 700-acre estate on the beautiful west side of the Malvern Hills. Netherley Hall Estate is a family-run farm specialising in the breeding of cattle and sheep and the surrounding area offers marvellous woodland walks.
The cottages are within 15 minutes’ drive of Malvern and have panoramic views of the wooded hills and unspoilt countryside; the location is ideal for nature enthusiasts, with an abundance of wildlife to observe as well as unrivalled birdwatching.
Three of the cottages are detached, whilst the fourth one is semi-detached, and the English oak timber used to restore their interiors was felled and machined from the extensive woodland on the estate itself. The furnishings and fittings for all the cottages have been supplied by local businesses, and during restoration, the owners have paid great attention to detail.
Parkers (ref RAAP) was originally built in 1610 and is a detached, listed building lovingly restored to the very highest standard and has several items of antique furniture. Parkers Lodge (ref RAAQ) is a smaller two-bedroomed detached cottage completed in 2006 and fitted out to a very high standard, whilst Brook House (ref RAAR) is a detached, listed building dating from around 1670 and emanates a marvellous ambience. It has landscaped gardens and a terrace with outstanding views overlooking Mathon Brook. The Bothy (ref UK12100) is semi-detached and was renovated in 2019. It has a kitchen/dining room, and through the archway there is a comfortable living room with French doors opening out to a beautiful garden area, with views over the farmland and farm animals.
Attractions to visit near the cottages include the Malvern Hills, Three Counties Showground and Malvern Theatre, as well as farm shops, gardens, gift shops, picnic areas and walking trails. Fishing, golf and horse riding are also available, as well as pick your own fruit (in season). Racecourses in the locality include Hereford, Worcester, Chepstow, Ludlow, Cheltenham, Wolverhampton, Warwick and Stratford. Shop 1 mile, pub 2 miles.

Please note: There's a new house being built approximately 100m from Parkers Lodge, and delivery drivers may pass the back of Parkers Lodge from time to time in weekdays at working hours. The builders have been asked to keep disruption and noise to an absolute minimum. The owners are very sorry for any inconvenience caused"

Summary: Had a brilliant week's Break with another couple plus their dog. Great having 2x Double/Twin Rooms both with their own En-suite Shower Rooms, having 2x sets of keys plus a good-sized front door porch for excess food, drinks, coats & boots. The Lodge was generally well equipped with a Fridge and separate Freezer, a very efficient and quick Dishwasher and Microwave and good Cooking and Preparation Facilities. Providing a few more glasses, mugs, tea-spoons, fruit/salad bowls and large oven dishes would be good. The Lounge area was very comfortable with a good TV, Dab Radio and Wi-fi accessories. The outside Table was brought in so we could be socially distanced while eating, each couple having a table next to each other and they kindly provided additional table lamps for more ambience ! The Heating and Water were also very efficient and easy to regulate and the place was both cosy, but spacious enough for 4x people. The Managers, Kim and her husband were amazing, so friendly and helpful making our Stay (once Onsite) relaxing and carefree, so good in these 'Covid' times. Well worth a Stay ! Summary: Lovely quiet location. Property ideal for 4 people. Clean, tidy and well equipped with comfortable beds and nice linen. A little dark in the lounge area which could be overcome with a lamp to offer a cosier feel (but that’s only a comment and not a complaint) as spotlights in the ceiling more than adequate. Will definitely be returning as property provided every thing we expected and location perfect for walking and touring and lovely views all around the property.

Summary: The cottage was lovely. The views toward The Malverns and surrounding countryside are fabulous. The bedrooms and en suite facilities are also excellent. The patio was the most wonderful place to sit and relax at any time. No other cottages overlook the property or garden although it is within a small village which has many footpaths.

Summary: a lovely cottage in a quit, rural location. Everything you could possible need, was present in the holiday cottage. Several (dogfriendly) pubs within half an hour drive (closest 8 minutes). A pub at a few minutes walk, but it was closed. Lot of wild life and public footh pads from your door.

Summary: Fabulous location, such a beautiful part of the UK. Quiet, private and amazing views. One of the bedroom doors did not latch and one of the wash basins was slow to empty - partially blocked waste pipe maybe - minor issues really. Will definitely be back to explore more of the area.
