In the unique atmosphere of the Fens’ landscape of huge skies, spectacular sunsets and fishing rivers, this cluster of quality barn conversions is the perfect place to relax and unwind. They are comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated to a very good standard. This tranquil spot boasts footpath walks on the owners’ 280-acre arable farm, an undercover courtyard and an indoor heated swimming pool and hot tub. Ely, 6 miles, occupying the largest island in the Fens, has a history dating back to Hereward the Wake and later, Oliver Cromwell. Its superb 11th century cathedral is surrounded by monastic buildings, medieval gateways and narrow streets leading down to the marina and river walks. King’s Lynn and Cambridge are easily accessible. Shops, riverside inns and restaurants at Littleport, 3 miles.. All properties: Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Cot and Highchair. Shared laundry room with two washer/dryers. Shared undercover courtyard and furniture. Shared covered barbecue area with gas barbecue. Parking. Summary: Just as advertised very nice little barn with nice swimming pool and barn with play area every thing was in accommodation that you needed host was very pleasant a bit out the way but very peaceful

Summary: Me, my husband and our 2 children (2 years and 4 months) had a lovely, comfortable stay. The host moved us to a different lodge as she didn't want the children to be woken by the other guests and the new lodge also had more space. Very considerate of her! We enjoyed a few swims in the hottub. A lovely little outdoor space provided too for outdoor socialising which is imagine would be lovely when a bit warmer. Would visit again, thank you! Summary: We had a lovely time. The cottage was really nice and cosy to stay in. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful with days out. It is surrounded by other farming fields but is peaceful and quiet for a much needed break! The pool next to the hot tub is ideal for the kids to play in while the adults relax. Summary: Despite having to leave a day early due to a family emergency we enjoyed our week at this quiet, well equipped location, although the WiFi was non existent (the end of the world for our teenager) it was a nice change for us, all amenities on site and everywhere we visited were closed due to COVID-19 so unable to comment. Summary: Lovely little cottage, some additional attention to detail could have been to table outside on decking as that was filthy and a broom or dustpan or something similar inside would have been useful, Just some silly things but other than that wonderful
