They are heated with renewable energy and enjoy underfloor heating throughout. Local attractions include Flamingo Land, Eden Camp and Scampston Hall. On the coast lie the towns of Scarborough and Whitby. York, with magnificent minster and cobbled streets is a 30-minute drive. Shop and pub 300 yards.

Summary: Lovely stay in Rose Cottage, Thank you Pam for making us so welcome. The cottage is wonderful, so comfortable and you have thought of everything. Very handy for all our days out to Whitby, Scarborough and Malton and the great gardens at Scampton Hall which is literally on the door step. The food in the coach and horses, 2 mins away was great.
