This penthouse condo has everything for your perfect vacation. Enjoy stunning views of the sun setting over the Caribbean Sea from your private balcony. Located in a resort style complex with a great amenities.
The space
This top floor unit offers stunning views of Seven Mile Beach, and on of three pools available to you from your substantial private balcony.
The fully stocked kitchen includes stove, french door refrigerator with water filter and ice maker, dishwasher, both drip and Keurig coffee machines, toaster, electric kettle and all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal.
We provide towels, beach towels, extra pillows and linens, shampoo and soap.
The unit has 65" smart television (cable and Netflix included), fiber optic cable / internet circuit with HD and premium channels and great Wi-Fi coverage.
Guest access
The condo is located at the Sunset Cove resort style condo complex on the world famous Seven Mile beach in Grand Cayman. We have an on-site restaurant / pool side bar with a swim up bar!
The resort style condo offers many great amenities. Join other guests at the beach at sunset for stunning views or relax on your private balcony and take the views from there.
The soft white sands lead you into the cove area where the cove forms a protective barrier allowing for gentler ocean swimming and snorkeling. For the adventurous types, swim beyond the cove area to discover a natural coral reef for your snorkeling pleasure.
After your ocean dip, why not chill out in the large pool with a swim up bar to the on-site "5 O'Clock Somewhere" restaurant. The large pool also has a mini lazy river, a waterfall, a shallow "kiddie pool" area for families with young children and a hot tub.
Other on site-facilities include a BBQ area, plenty of lounge chairs and beach umbrellas.
The place is ideally located on Seven Mile beach which is the hub for entertainment, restaurants and activities in Grand Cayman. We are situated within walking distance to Camana Bay, Georgetown, the top restaurants, large grocery stores, tour operators and several dive shops nearby and of course the beach.
If you choose to venture out further, you can either rent a car or have a taxi pick you up at the doorstep. Alternatively there is public transportation on our road, West Bay road that travels along the Seven Mile Beach strip. If you are taking part in an organized tour, most tour operators will have door to door transportation.

My place is ideally located on Seven Mile beach which is the hub for entertainment, restaurants and activities in Grand Cayman. We are situated within walking distance to Camana Bay, Georgetown, the top restaurants, a large grocery store, tour operators and several dive shops nearby and of course the beach.
Getting around
If you choose to venture out further, you can either rent a car or have a taxi pick you up at the doorstep. Alternatively there is public transportation on our road, West Bay road that travels along the Seven Mile Beach stripe. If you are taking part in an organized tour, most tour operators will have door to door transportation.
Finally we have two huffy style bikes available for your daily use. These are great for taking runs to the grocery store or venturing along seven mile beach.
Other things to note
The condo uses a key-less entry system so you don't need to worry about carrying keys around. It will be programmed with your unique code for during your stay.
There is also 24x7 security guards on premises and CCTV.

Summary: We had a great stay. Condo is as advertised and well kept. Nice view and very easy to access the pool and beach area. Lots of chairs around both areas. Quiet, family oriented atmosphere. Property is conveniently located near restaurants that you are able to easily walk to. As always, we love the Caymans. It feels safe, welcoming, and is always beautiful. Would stay again...

Summary: Property was as advertised. Kitchen well furnished with everything needed. Grocery store was about a 3/4 mile walk and liquor store 100 yards. About a mile to walk into town. Beach had plenty of chairs as did the pool. Pool bar/restaurant was a lot of fun. Host is very good to deal with. We would definitely stay again.

Summary: The property was in a great spot! The protected cove was extremely special and makes this property stand out from the rest along this area. We snorkeled beyond the rock wall and saw many fish, some turtles, and even an octopus! Bill was a great host. 10 stars!

Summary: Bill has an amazing property here, perfectly comfortable for us and our two kids. The little details like having beach and pool toys available really make this condo stellar. It has an excellent location overlooking the pool, and the swim up bar and grill was a great amenity on long lazy days when we didn’t want to leave the pool/beach. Bill himself was great at answering all our questions in a timely way. Highly recommended!

Summary: This was one of the nicest condos we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was there for us, including the little things. This is an ideal location for family with kids, the pool, the beach, all very accessible for young kids. The only drawback was the location relative to the most beautiful part of 7 mile Beech, but we learned that we could walk out on the road and go around and access that part of the beach. We went to the public beach, one day and rented chairs. That was a good option and a good way for us to get on that pure white sand and Bluewater. We also went to cemetery Beach one day and enjoyed the snorkeling beach there. Be sure to go to rum point we loved it Thank you Bill for the immaculate condo!

Summary: This is a modern, spacious, nicely decorated apartment. There is a very sheltered beach with loungers and umbrellas as well as a sizable pool. The resort is well tended. The owner of the apartment is responsive and helpful. The apartment is well stocked with almost everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The washer/dryer are also very good and extremely useful. Our only negatives are (1) both the king and queen sized beds are on the soft side which may not be to everyone's liking (2) the guest room (with a queen and single bed) is rather cramped with only one nightstand and limited access to one side of the queen bed. However, these things didn't detract from our overall experience, which was very positive.
