The Grand Cayman vacation rental features a one-bedroom with a king Serta iComfort therapeutic mattress topped with Pacific Coast duvet and pillows to ensure a restful sleep and ensuite privileges to the one bathroom. We provide all linens and towels, including beach towels. Plus, we have in-suite laundry if you need to freshen up the towels. Demand hot water means you will never run out of hot water. Ceiling fans and a quarterly maintained AC unit will keep you comfortable. A pullout sofa in the living room can accommodate two additional guests with extra bedding. Smart TVs to entertain when needed, and free WiFi plus a computer desk with a larger screen and peripherals to allow you to connect to get some work done more efficiently to leave more time for the ocean. The kitchen has everything and more you could want in a kitchen away from home. From a Vitamix blender to a Keurig coffee maker, it will help cover all the drink requests. Our unit has a dishwasher and fridge that makes ice. All units have an Alexa device to play music and can be disabled with ease if she isn't your friend. In-room safes and USB hubs to keep devices charged. Enjoy time on your screened-in lanai when you relax or use the electric BBQ to make something to eat. If cooking is not on the list while on vacation, feel free to use the local phone to make dinner reservations or use the second line to make free calls to the US or Canada.

If you have not been to the island in the last year, we want to share an important aspect of our coastal landscape with you. Due to the ebb and flow of beach erosion, our beloved shoreline has transformed into a smaller beach, sometimes being detached from the busy part of SMB. Occasionally, the water may approach our seawall when the waves are active, providing a unique and captivating view of the ocean's rhythmic dance. In extreme and rare cases, we have had the water right up to our seawall. We generally have a beautiful sand entry but as noted in some of the pictures we are not always as fortunate. Loungers & umbrellas are set up ocean side or beachfront as Mother Nature permits as seen in the pictures listed. We have also added portable beach chairs and beach umbrellas for your personal use to be used on the public beach immediately north of us or anywhere else on the island. Please review the last twenty-ish pictures in detail that show the different states and sizes our beach has gone through in the last 365 days. The last two pictures will be updated every month to give an accurate reflection of current conditions, but are not necessarily an indicator of conditions months from now.

Summary: My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was updated and clean. It was toward the very back of the property. The property was very well maintained and the pool was nice. There were plenty of chairs and umbrellas. My only complaint was the comfort of the bed. It seemed to be a bit worn out. I also tried sleeping on the pull out couch bed and it was terrible. Everything else was great. We have stayed at Cayman reef before and we returned so that speaks volumes.

Summary: Our stay was excellent! The property is close to restaurants, grocery/liquor stores, shopping, Camana Bay, Georgetown, etc. Many walkable.We absolutely loved our stay here! The property is beautiful! The condo is so nice, very neat, clean, nicely decorated, and the bed is so comfortable! The kitchen has anything you need to make all your meals if you want to. There is a washer/dryer too. The owners are super! Very helpful in providing tons of info about GC, which was so helpful. Very responsive, checked in with us during our stay, and so friendly! They genuinely want you to have a wonderful time. We met others who have been coming here for years, and keep returning. It’s so beautiful here. We walked the beach every day. You can snorkel off the beach there too.This condo/property/location definitely checks all the boxes! People here are so friendly, and we felt very safe. We usually like to go to a new location for each of our beach vacations, but will definitely come back here in the future!

Summary: What a nice town with plenty of fine restaurants. The people are extremely friendly. Two things to remember. It’s an expensive trip if you eat out which we did. But the food choices are tremendous. Second thing is STAY TO THE LEFT!! Driving is a learning experience.
