A very cosy apartment overlooking one of the small squares located off the main Bellaluz Plaza. This lovely, bright apartment consists of a very comfortable lounge/dining area with small balcony, fully fitted kitchen, one double bedroom, a second bedroom with twin beds and a recently refurbished bath/shower room (full bath and separate shower cubicle). The apartment also has air conditioning/heating, satellite TV and complimentary WIFI service. Without a doubt an outstanding feature of this apartment is the extensive, private solarium which is accessed a few steps up from the property entrance - sun-worshipers take note!
To cool off and relax, the Olympic sized Bellaluz pool with its separate children´s pool is only a couple of minutes away - another great attraction with its own snack bar (seasonal). The centrally located Bellaluz Plaza is just around the corner from the apartment, this has a very lively ambience reminiscent of the Spanish villages in the surrounding area, containing a number of bars, restaurants, boutiques etc There are also a number of other businesses including management companies and estate agents, adjacent to the Plaza adding to the busy feel of the community. During the summer season the Plaza is host to evenings of live entertainment of varying types including music and dance and the occasional fashion show.

Summary: The apartment was excellent, and the welcome pack was very WELCOME as we arrived at 22.00 especially as the local supermarket has ceased trading ! Great location and very well equipped.

Summary: I recently stayed in this excellent apartment in Bellaluz and couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. Jan and Colin were incredibly helpful and couldn’t be more happy to assist. The location is excellent, with great dining on the doorstep and within a short walking distance. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Bellaluz. I’ll definitely book with them again.

Summary: Had a superb 10 days at this apartment. Jan was very helpful with questions before we arrived and the office is just a 2 minute walk to collect the keys on arrival. Villa was equipped with everything we needed, very clean and cosy.

Summary: Beautifully presented apartment - couldn’t have asked for anymore, welcome pack was amazing. Its also got an amazing roof terrace, if you needed more space! Jan and Colin, super helpful - always there with a warm welcome, and to answer any questions you may have! Overall we spent a great two weeks there.

Summary: A lovely clean fresh and spacious apartment. Air con in main living quarters and in main bedroom. We had a very generous welcome pack and fridge stocked with some essentials. The living room balcony over looks the end of the plaza, meters from one of lovely restaurants on offer in Bellaluz. The roof terrace is a sun trap, a very spacious with sun loungers umbrella's and large table enough for quite a group of people. We used the large kettle BBQ too and cooked enough food for 10 people. I would recommend this apartment with no doubts. Thank you Jan and your very helpful team!

Summary: A great 2 bedroomed apartment right in the middle of Bella Luz so you are close to the main square. Superb rooftop sun terrace which we did use once which for late November is pretty good.

Summary: Arrived late evening, and found it hard to read the map of location given by the agent (even though it was literally down the same walkway!). I didn’t realise before booking that the terrace was not accessible from the apartment - not a problem, just a note in the apartment would have been good. The apartment was perfect for our needs. It was clean and comfortable and centrally located. Would definitely stay here again.
