There is a covered porch off the kitchen with a grill & dining area for outside eating . Also has a porch off the backside that leads to the lake. Good for viewing the lake & having coffee or drinks. Has a nice level backyard just steps to the lake & docks. 2 kayaks & small fishing boat provided for guests.

Summary: My boyfriend and I went out into rural Georgia for the first time , looking for some time in nature with our dog. This cabin was spacious, warm, and welcoming! Sherrie was so welcoming and let us take both boats out as well as the kayak. Our pup had a great time running around with the neighbor pup, Bo, and riding on the lake with us. We definitely want to come back and spend longer ! Hughly recommend.

Summary: This little cabin was a real find! We went to Dublin for the BBQ Competition and found something even better. Sitting on the porch facing the lake, all stress just melted away. Watching the sunset and getting our "relax" on. My husband and I both said we'd stay here again, just to get away from it all with no agenda in mind. It's not a new home, so don't expect perfection, but if you need a place to get away from real life for a while, you won't be sorry choosing this quaint little cabin.

Summary: Very pleasant time by the lake. House is decently outfitted, perfectly situated on a lakefront. Host is super friendly and accommodating.

Summary: We were looking to get away from Florida for a few days and had no specific destination in mind but we didn't want to drive too far. I chose this cabin because we wanted to bring our doggie and because it had boats to keep us occupied. We had a hard time finding the cabin because you can't see it from the street, but once we found it, we were very pleased. The neighbor was outside and greeted us and told Sherri we were there. She came by right away and showed us around, pointed out which boats we could use - there were 2 little motor boats, 2 kayaks and a 4 seat paddle boat and 3 docks that we were allowed to use! The boats needed to be cleaned up - they were buggy and the property was extremely buggy. It's in the middle of the country, so there's nothing to be done about that, but I would advise bringing lots of bug spray and citronella candles! There were a few other dogs running around so we couldn't let our dog run loose. The one neighbor offered to lock her dog up for us, but we couldn't be sure the other ones weren't going to show up. If your dog plays well with others, this won't be a problem, but ours is an only child and isn't used to playing with other dogs. The cabin itself was very cute and cozy and, overall, we had a great time!
