The modern kitchen is the heart of the home, complete with a marble island. Equipped with brand-new stainless steel appliances and everything you need to whip up delicious meals.
The two serene bedrooms are designed to provide a peaceful haven for you to retreat to at the end of the day. Each room is tastefully decorated with cozy bedding and linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep. One of the bedrooms is connected to the fenced patio. This stunning outdoor space is the perfect setting for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening cocktail in the fresh air.
The bathroom is equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure your comfort and convenience.
You will have access to the entire house and yard.
The only thing to notice is that there are some owner's belongings in the garage as we are renovating our primary residence. You can still access the laundry facilities.
We live a few block away. If there is any need we are a phone call away.
