Second floor Front line golf apartment on the Condado de Alhama golf resort. Please note this is a genuine front line Penthouse apartment and not the much smaller 1st floor Jardine as described by many other renters as Penthouses.
The resort has over 15 large communal swimming pools, with separate shallow areas for small children, and playground equipment. These are but a few steps from the front door. The on site supermarket, bars and restaurants, tennis courts and football pitch are 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
The first Jack Nicklaus golf course on the site is now open and is a 4 minute walk away.
Situated Block 14, This beautifully furnished & air-conditioned apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The bright open plan dining / living area contains a dining table, leather suite, and LCD TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with Halogen hobs, microwave, large fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. The large Balcony sun terrace is equipped with a 4 seated Coffee Table, and Sun Loungers.
Unlike many other apartments on Condado we do not have hidden charges or usage cards for the use of the air conditioning.
The Apartment is conveniently located only a couple of minutes walk away form Condado's entertainment center the Al Kasar with all the restaurants, bars and services.Within 20 minutes drive are a variety of landscapes including beautiful beaches, marinas, hill walking and upmarket shopping malls, a little further and there are water parks, Castles and a theme park.
