This 2 bedroom, 1 bath house in the Southern Zone near Ojochal is situated on a plateau with an amazing 360 view of the mountains & A Private Pool

Bedrooms are equipped with new air conditioners, closets, sheets, pillows, towels and televisions with firestick.
Bedroom 1 has a full size bed.
Bedroom 2 has a full size bed and a twin size bed.
The living room has a dining table with 4 chairs, a comfortable seating area with a television, there is no satellite tv. All TVs have streaming
A full kitchen with a gas stove, microwave, full sized refrigerator / freezer, coffee maker, InstaPot, blender, dishes, glassware, pots and pans for all cooking needs.

.The house is equipped with High speed Fliber Optic Internet so you can check email, surf the web, stream online and check in on life back at home.
On the front porch there are two seating areas where you can enjoy the views with your morning coffee or just relax with a book.
The pool is 24x10 and about 5 ft deep with a tiled patio area.
There is an outdoor shower for washing up by the pool.
We have a gas grill for cooking outside.
There is also a clothes line the back of the house.
Around the property you can view many beautiful flowers and fruit trees. There are star fruit, mango, moma chino, limon and avocado trees on the front side of the house. Toucans and parrots stop by on a daily basis eating fruits in the trees.

Summary: Fantastic property in a very peaceful location. House is very well equipped. Was a great location to explore Corcavado and Uvita beaches. Great communication with hosts and property manager. Loved it here, waking up surrounded by nature.

Summary: Great place, very well equipped, fantastic views. If you’re not a morning person (like me) would suggest bringing earplugs because there’s a noisy rooster that comes to visit starting at 04;30!. Lots of birds, butterflies and other wildlife. Owner very accessible.

Summary: This home is conveniently located & not difficult to find. There is a steep drive, so 4WD is advised for vehicles. The home features good ventilation and has almost every convenience that one might want when visiting. Being rather tall, the furniture was a bit low for me, but it should suit 95% of people just fine. We especially enjoyed the pool, and managed to make time for a plunge almost 3X/day! We offer our appreciation and thanks to the owners for helping to make our visit a good one...

Summary: Gorgeous house in an amazing location. The area is central to great beaches and tours whilst being remote enough to be away from the crowds. The house is extremely well stocked with linen, towels, a great kitchen and various seating areas. The pool and garden are a massive treat. We were 4 adults and 2 ones and it was a fantastic base for quality family time.
