This spacious beachside apartment offers the perfect opportunity to watch the world go by (not to mention the dolphins and yachts!). This is truly the ultimate location to enjoy every sunrise and sunset and watch the Christmas Boat Parade and New Year's Fireworks.
Cross the road and you have direct access stairs to the beach.

Summary: Such a beautiful place. We chose it for the views as the weather forecast was not going to be good and we were delighted by our choice.So close to bodies of water, we could take a quick dip in the mornings, and head back home within minutes as soon as the rain started. Then we watched the rain and clouds from our balcony. It was just perfect. Minor problems we had were tended to right away. Thank you. backhohome in a coupe

Summary: Apartment is excellent and matches photos and description. The apartment is on the first floor of a quiet complex with many permanent residents. The pool is a good option to the beach when strong winds are blowing. A minor problem with the dishwasher was quickly attended to by G1. Highly recommend the property and Point Cartwright

Summary: One thing .. you have to drive downtown to get the key( we went to the unit first unfortunately When you leave you must return keys downtown. 15 min drive If you are heading in the other direction this is hassle Leaving them in the room would be better Enjoy the lighthouse walk.. real treat. Lovely crossventilation. No air c in central area but bedrooms do have it Good design and secure Very quiet

Summary: The apartment is lovely with fantastic views over the marina and the sea. We had rainy weather while staying so weren't able to appreciate its full glory, but it was still a very welcoming, comfortable and enjoyable space. We would definitely return.
