Positive: Fantastic host, close to elizabeth line, residential and no big noises, inside was very neatly kept and mainly therre is a full bath tub there which is very rare in uk
Negative: Well i wouldnt say i dont like it. There is a need for tower rack and new sofa. Current sofa is dead
Summary: Overall very very satisfied and if i book again i will choose this place

Negative: Need some distance walk for restaurants and markets. The mattress is a bit soft, wifi signal is weak occasionally.

Positive: 5 mins walking to Chadwell health station, 30 mins train to city centre, also nice place for traveler by driving. Room facilities are good, every thing under good condition, always quite for good sleeping. Quick response for question,
Negative: WIFI is ok, little slower, similar as pulic Wifi, maybe a common problem in London.

Positive: overall the neighbourhood was quiet and friendly, we met one of the people that lived in the same appartment building and he was an abselute delight!
Negative: we could hear our neighbours so it worried us that they would hear us. other than that, I can't think of anything negative to say about the property

Positive: - the communication with the host is very good, is answering promptly to all your question - although the apartment looks old and need some improvements it is very clean - in the kitchen you find basic stuff ( salt, sugar, oil, milk, some water, juice and sweets ) and dish washing products - in the bathroom you find basic stuff ( soap ,toilet paper, shower gel ) and cleaning products. Also no problems with hot water, only small situation with the drain. - the beds are comfortable for a good night sleep - had Netflix installed on the TV in the living room - at our request the host provided us with adaptors for the plugs as England has different plugs from the rest of Europe
Negative: - there was no towel rack in the bathroom, so you could held the face / body towel - there was only one small mirror in the bathroom, so we need to take turn for make-up and also you could not see yourself in full ( for us is was a problem as we are more girls that want to see how we are looking and to have makeup done ) - the apartment have a share of stains / scratches on walls, doors and on the floor
