Beautiful, comfortable 2 bed/2.5 bath townhome located steps from Louisiana Tech campus, a short walk to downtown Ruston shops and restaurants, and an easy 8-minute drive to the Ruston Sports Complex. This townhome has an open floor plan downstairs including a living room, kitchen, and half bath. The kitchen is complete with an oven, stove, microwave, keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, disposal, and full refrigerator with icemaker. The stackable washer/dryer are also located downstairs. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (each room has a private bathroom). For your convenience, there are 2 designated parking spots directly outside of the townhome which will be important for game day weekends! Wifi included. Well stocked spice cabinet as well as condiments in refrigerator. Starter set of paper towels/toilet paper. No toiletries offered.

Summary: My daughter and I came to Ruston for a volleyball tournament. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! This home was clean, comfortable, and the location was perfect! Communication with the owner was so easy. She was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this property!

Summary: We had a wonderful weekend visiting our College Kids. The townhouse was clean and in the perfect location. We were able to walk to the Dog House after the game from the townhouse. We will definitely look to book again.

Summary: This was a perfect place to stay. We were in walking distance to those we needed to meet with and we were very close to places to eat. I loved this condo because it was convenient and met all of my criteria for a great place to stay including how it was decorated.

Summary: I have stayed at every hotel in Ruston over the last 9 months, every stay worse than the last. I thought there had to be a better way to stay and I found it! This townhome is exactly that, a home. You feel at home, it has everything you need. The living room is comfy and the kitchen has all of the necessities and more. A washer and dryer if needed is wonderful! The bedrooms are clean and comfortable, each bedroom has a bathroom which is so nice! You are right on campus, I was across the parking lot from my son’s dorm. Extremely convenient, clean, safe, cozy and communication was excellent!! I would highly recommend this townhome if you are visiting Ruston.
