Looking for a fully equipped rental for your next vacation in Boulder? Visiting family for their graduation or CU events? This vacation rental is centrally located just 2 minutes away from CU's (Colorado University's) campus and a 7 minute drive to Pearl Street Mall in downtown Boulder. It is set in the quiet neighborhood of Park East Square and is positioned right on Boulder’s bike path. Boulder currently has approximately 400 miles of bike paths throughout the city which are fun for touring the city and family outings. The condo is conveniently located close to Baseline Rd. and Arapahoe Rd. where you will find the 29th Street mall and several shopping areas of Boulder. Chataqua Park and Sanitas Trail are two of the most popular hiking trails that are within a 5-10 minute drive to the trail head from the condo. In addition, its proximity to Foothills Parkway road makes it easy to leave the central area if you are traveling outside of Boulder to Denver, Louisville, Longmont, the Boulder Reservoir, Lafayette, Estes Park, or the Summit County area for skiing and snowboarding. If you decide to ski or snowboard close to Boulder, Eldora Mountain Resort is only a 45 minute drive from Boulder.
The condo is 1,000 sq ft, one level with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, fully equipped kitchen and living/entertainment area, air conditioning/central heat, wood burning stove, and front porch balcony. The living space has a sectional couch and large flat screen television with DVD player and stereo. The master bedroom has a king size memory foam bed that is very comfortable and spacious. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed with a feather-bed topper, also very comfortable. Condo sleeps 4, great for two couples or a family of four. All linens are provided as well as complimentary shampoo, hand soaps, and kitchen spices.
For the summer months, there is a neighborhood pool with the mountain views just steps away from the front door. This condo does has central air conditioning.
Rental duration can be arranged by the night, week, or month. (2 night minimum stay.)

Summary: We really appreciated this pet-friendly stay that was just steps from the science campus of CU-Boulder. The neighborhood and walking trail access is top notch. The kitchen was also well-stocked with every utensil, spice or appliance one could need during our stay.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this comfortable condo. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was a short drive to most things in Boulder. Close enough to walk to the far edge of UC Boulder campus but preferred to drive the distance to get to The Hill and downtown Pearl Street restaurants and retail. Check in and Check out were simple. Plenty of parking at the condo complex.

Summary: We were so thankful to find a place that accepted our elderly poodle and had plenty of seating so our local extended family could gather during the day over the holidays. My mom lives in a nearby assisted living facility and my sister lives in Louisville and has a cat (we are allergic) so this was convenient, comfortable, and not overpriced. All essentials were well-stocked and we had plenty of cooking tools to use. One small detail (and probably more of a Homeowner's Association thing): the stairs are getting quite old and rickety, and we were nervous with mom. We ensured someone was right beside her when she went up and down.
