Then we would be happy to welcome you as a guest in our new, 70 sqm apartment. The apartment is located on the ground floor of our new single-family house built in 2010 in Sehnde-Rethmar (between Hildesheim and Hanover). It has a separate entrance and a separate terrace. Rethmar belongs to the city of Sehnde and is located approx. 25 km southeast of the center of Hanover and approx. 23 km northeast of Hildesheim. It is about 20 km to the exhibition center in Hanover. We also speak english.

Summary: Impressed and eager to share my delightful experience! From start to finish, every aspect of our stay was nothing short of exceptional. First and foremost, the property itself is a true gem. Tastefully decorated, impeccably clean, and boasting all the amenities one could wish for, it truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to detail in the interior design did not go unnoticed, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere that enhanced our overall experience. Property was a close drive to Messe fairgrounds. We look forward to staying here again in the future. Our hosts were incredible !! Book this place !!!

Summary: We stayed in Cordula's apartment for 5 nights. It is a sparkling clean and very comfortable apartment. It has two large bedrooms (with wardrobes in each) with a king size bed and two single beds. All beds have comfortable medium firm matresses. The kitchen/living room has a medium size refrigerator with a separate freezer, microwave with an electronic timer. The kitchen and the apartment as a whole are fully equipped with everything a traveler might need. The bathroom has a large shower cabin and a bath tab with a shower. The water pressure is good. The internet is fast ( about 30-40 Mbps). Street parking space is always available in front of the house. It is very easy to communicate with Cordula. We gave this apartment 5 stars in all categories and highly recommend it.

Summary: We had a wonderfull stay for one week in Rethmar. The accomodation was first class. In Rethmar you are close to Hannover which is a nice town to discover. We look forward to come back to Rethmar.

Summary: We stayed 3 nights at this wonderful apartment in late July 2016. The apartment is in the same building as the host family's home but is completely separate and independent from the hosts. It has its own entrance and garden patio for privacy. Free car parking is available on the street in front of the property, which is located in a modern housing development near a small village just outside Schnde. There is a good supermarket and bakery in the village (about 10 minute walk). Schnde (about 5 minute drive) has larger supermarkets, cash machines, cheap fuel stations and a good Chinese Restaurant among other dining options. The apartment is spacious, modern, tastefully decorated and extremely well-equipped with high quality appliances as indicated in the property descriptions. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Cordula, our host, has an excellent command of English as she has worked as a professional translator and lived for several years in the USA. She has thought of everything to assist independent English-speaking travellers including very well documented instructions for the appliances and local tourist information. She is also an excellent source of advice about local attractions and travel options. We used the apartment as our base for accessing the Harz mountains and the beautiful towns of Goslar and Quedlinburg, each about an hour drive away, as well as Brunswick about 30 minutes drive. The apartment is also in a good location for travel to Hanover or Hamelin. We highly recommend this property for a very comfortable, quiet and relaxed stay in the area with very helpful and unobtrusive hosts. It was the best self-catering apartment we had used in over four months of travelling throughout the UK and central and eastern Europe.

Summary: For our annual Fair participation, I chose this nice house for the third year in a row. Always clean, everything in place and good parking. The host is easy to communicate with and always flexible. An extra plus, is the very cozy Gutshof Rethmar in walking distance aproxx. 5 minutes. Nice ambiente, good service and excellent food! I will definately book again for the 4th time next year!
