Positive: The location was in the Carrollwood neighborhood of Tampa, Florida. The landlord was very helpful in getting a new frying pan for cooking, a pitcher for lemonade, and a bath mat for the bathroom. There was no dishwasher, which is probably a luxury, but would have been nice. The kitchen was well-equipped.

Negative: It was too far from many tourist sites in South Tampa. Traffic in the city of Tampa is very heavy.

Summary: This unit has a very nice kitchen with two bedrooms and one bathroom. The landlord is nice!

Positive: It was newly renovated and had ample space for my needs. I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again.

Negative: I missed having an oven. I like to cook.There was also very limited cookware and no dish towels.
