This residence features 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths, with new beds and mattresses. Smart TVs adorn the bedrooms and living room (no cable). A compact workspace is situated in the living room. The well-equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a coffee bar, and a dining area. Ground coffee and tea are complimentary. The backyard patio offers extra dining space and is an ideal spot for evening barbecues. Beach chairs and a wagon are provided for your convenience.

Summary: This house had everything we needed, and the host provides quite a lot to make the stay better. Beach chairs and tags being included is a huge plus. The neighborhood was quiet and close to everything. Would highly recommend.

Summary: Pictures are exactly as is in person. Very clean and up to date. I’m picky on this, so I was super pleased with the condition of everything. Similar quality items that I use in my own home like seventh generation laundry detergent was a pleasant surprise. Don’t forget your own hand towels and kitchen towels in addition to your sheets and bath towels. Neighborhood quiet and location convent and close to everything. Check in/check out seamless. Restaurants in the area aren’t that great but the house is close enough to venture out to AC or Ocean City for better options and entertainment. Would definitely go again and stay at this house.

Summary: The property was very clean and well equipped. Great location to beach and downtown. Christine was easy to contact and very responsive. Only improvement would be to supply linens and towels. We were flying in so could not bring our own, and the linen rental company suggested was not responsive so we had to buy sheets and towels.
