Summary: I was disappointed with the townhouse. The pictures of the down stairs were fairly accurate, but not the upstairs. The carpet was torn and stained and the walls need patching and a coat of pant. The kitchen had one cereal bowl and sparse utensils. I could over look all of this, but it was not clean. There was pink stuff in both bath tubs and rings on the tables down stairs which made me uncomfortable. It has the potential to be a great rental, it needs some work and a good cleaning.
