Your cozy getaway awaits in Historic 1888 year old Houston house with 1100sqft. We are very proud to share our house with you as it is one of the oldest homes in Houston.
The 2 connecting bedrooms feature a queen bed in the master and full bed the secondar. There is a well-equipped bathroom and a lovely living room with a sofa bed. This retreat offers a serene atmosphere for guests to unwind, steps from the city, with the relaxation of a quiet neighborhood. Experience the magic of Houston at our house. Fast fiber wi-fi and a dedicated work station makes it perfect for guest that need to work from the unit or families that want to be close to the action.
The unit is located in the private backside of the house up the spiral staircase pictured. There is an enclosed patio shared with the downstairs long term tenants.
The neighborhood is buzzing, locally owned coffee shops, and a convenient store, and butcher shop blocks away. Locally recognized bars, restaurants, and Buffalo Bayou, all within walking distance. Whether you are here for business or pleasure, this is the perfect location, no car needed.

Summary: My spouse and college-aged daughter and I enjoyed spring break here. It was close to Buffalo Bayou for walks along the water, and an easy walk to POST, not far from downtown. Beds were comfortable and we slept well. One must walk through the smaller bedroom to get to the larger bedroom, but that worked fine for us. There were no windows in the bedrooms, which felt unusual, but we didn't need sleep masks! Heating/AC worked great. Host was very responsive and informative.
