Positive: The views were amazing, and the location allowed you to enjoy lovely beach and mountain walks. The house has everything you need, and enough space for a family.
Negative: I have a wide car so the street parking did induce some anxiety however I had no issues for the whole week, the car was fine

Positive: The property has an amazing view and the bedrooms are nice and comfortable.
Negative: There was not enough space to park our car in the front . But it was not a big deal as we managed to find a spot to park our car not far from the house.

Positive: Lovely and comfortable house with amazing vrliews. Great location to hike in Snowdonia,.visit Conwy or hike in the area. Shops are close by, the rooms are spacious and comfortable and the kitchen really is fully equipped which is great when cooking for 6 people :) We would definitely recommend this house to anyone exploring Northern Wales

Positive: Location was very good. Lovely views from the garden and windows. Big kitchen for family meals. Comfortable beds. Lovely bathroom
Negative: Only one bathroom for 6 people. Only one double bed. Bins were nearly full on arrival. Parking was a little difficult as we had come in three cars

Positive: We liked the location as it had good sea views and was close to the A55 Wales Expressway so we could get to our chosen days out easily. We also liked that there were four bedrooms so that our family of six could be accommodated plus our small dog. We did also really appreciate that there was a washing machine and tumble dryer - this was a great addition. The walk in shower was also great.
Negative: The bottom freezer ice drawer was broken so the front fell off which made it unusable. The living room carpet was really filthy with large stains on the walk through near the front door and the base of the stairs. The mattress cover and pillow on one of the beds in the attic room was stained. The mattress in the yellow bedroom in the first floor didn't have a mattress protector and was incredibly uncomfortable, as was the mattress in the double bedroom (one of those things maybe but a good night sleep is pretty crucial when you're away on holiday). The cottage really needs some insect repellent/killer as there were lots of very large spiders. The main issue - and possibly why I'm promoted to list these areas for improvement generally - was the fact that the front door lock is faulty. The key didn't work in the lock. I texted the owner who just told me that they had been there recently and it just needed 'a wiggle'. No. Someone else had also commented on this in the housekeeper's book back in April/May. I texted again a few days later to be told that there were spare keys in the kitchen and that the owner's husband would have to change the front door lock at the end of the season. I tried this set but it still didn't work. We therefore couldn't sit out the front and enjoy the views with a drink in the evenings as we thought we might but the real worry was that, surely this was a fire hazard? The only means of escape in case of fire would have been through the kitchen door. I think this issue should have been resolved back in April/May when it was first noted in the housekeeper's book rather than telling us that it 'just needed a wiggle'. The fire alarm did randomly go off at one point which prompted us to do a search of the house to make sure all was well. I'm sorry, I know the owners won't be happy to read this but it's a matter of safety - that's always the main priority.
