Ships Watch is a beautiful lake front estate with two separate homes - a main property home and separate pool house. Perfect for families looking for privacy and a resort setting for their vacation. Property boasts a one-of-a kind heated pool and connecting hot tub with direct lake views. Enjoy lovely lake views from almost every room in the homes. Located just minutes from Bemus point and the Chautauqua Institution - ensures you can enjoy all the area has to offer. 150 ft of lake frontage with extended dock perfect for fishing, jet ski's and boating. The front porch and yard make it easy to enjoy great sunrises.
Main home:
The main home has 5 bedrooms with 2 baths. Upper level bedroom resembles your own ship and has four built in twin beds - with their own light and power. Pull out trundles will add to the fun. Two twins beds in upper back bedroom. Large full bath nearby. Main level includes 2 first floor queen bedrooms and another large bedroom with bunk beds. The main areas includes multiple sitting, reading and dining areas with outstanding lake views. Large kitchen provides a second dining area. Front porch has rocking chairs and swing for those lake breezes.
Pool House:
The home has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Separate kitchenette and dining area including sink, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and Keurig. Lower bedroom has one full bed. Upper loft boasts 1 queen bed and two single beds - perfect for a family. Newly remodeled full upper level full bath. The pool house includes a poker style card table and bumper pool.
Pool Area:
Tired of boating for the day - relax in your own lake front resort area. Enjoy the heated in ground pool with integrated hot tub and waterfall. One of a kind design with direct lake views. Fire pit with seating for those late night gatherings. Patio furniture to enjoy the sun or shade. Heating of pool included in the cleaning fee.

Summary: Second year at this property and just as satisfied as the first with the house and host. Great location for stops in Mayville, Bemus Point and Lakewood. Swimming in the pool was so much fun.

Summary: Our family had a great time at this property. The scenery was fantastic and there was so much for everyone to do both on the property and in the surrounding area! We were disappointed with the number of bugs and spiders in the main house however. The dryer was extremely noisy and the house was kind of dated. The kitchen was well equipped and the outdoor grill was fantastic. Some of the bed linens were stained and one bed didn’t have a mattress pad. Great potential but we were a little disappointed because of the high cost.

Summary: The house was very nice. Enough room to move around and lots of space outside. The only thing that was a problem was the pool. One of the guys who was staying with us was constantly checking on the pool being warm and the hot tub working.
