Summary: The property is really nice. The house is very spacious and we really enjoyed the pool. Only thing we thought was a little sparse was the amount of towels. Their is a washer and dryer so you can do laundry. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Summary: Nick is a very attentive host. Communication was spot on and this property is in excellent condition, very clean and comfortable. The location allows for easy access to Lecanto, Inverness, Homosassa, and Crystal River. I will look forward to staying here again.

Summary: 5 stars all around. The house is spotlessly clean, well equipped and located in a quiet settled neighborhood a short drive from Crystal River. We very much enjoyed the pool and relaxing in the lanai. We did have an unexpected HVAC problem crop up, and the owner was super responsive and cooperative in getting everything taken care of. This will be the first property we will look to book when we come back to the area.
