Summary: More than impressed with the house. The seating and sleeping arrangements are amazing. Most comfortable mattresses we have had at a rental thus far. The dock and hot tub are beyond. Will certainly rent again.

Summary: Our family had the best time! What a great way to finish summer! We had 6 adults, 3 kids. The rooms were perfectly set up for our families. The house was clean with everything you could need. Beach towels ✔️, laundry detergent ✔️, charcoal✔️. The swimming dock is amazing! So much room to hang out, eat, sleep, etc. Our kids had a blast, so much that we hardly left the house. The cove was almost deserted until the weekend and our kids were safe swimming for hours. Great to have the view of the main channel though! Cannot say enough about this place! Thank you for a wonderful stay and a ton of memories!

Summary: The house is well laid out and stocked with everything you might need. Location was perfect; our kids had a great time fishing and kayaking. The cove was quiet and safe but close to everything. Boat and jet ski rentals at Margaritaville were easy & convenient. We did not end up using the pools but all the facilities looked very nice. Beds were comfortable and the showers had good pressure. Overall, just a darling little lake house with everything you need.
