We can't wait to be your host at our trailside cottage. Just 2 blocks off historic downtown Rogers and within walking distance of restaurants, pubs, antique stores, hiking/mountain biking trails and the farmer's market. Great location to walk to concerts at the new Butterfield stage downtown Rogers - the Walmart Amp is only 6 miles away (live music). Beaver lake (fishing/boating) is only 10 minutes way. The cottage has high speed internet to accommodate zoom meetings and guests working remotely.
A place were you can kick your feet up and just chill. 600 square feet new construction efficiently designed to maximize comfort. There is a private outdoor patio with a gas gril that opens up to Rogers city bike trails.

Small dogs welcome BUT must be pre-approved and confirmed when booked. A separate invoice will be sent after booking for a $50 pet fee per dog. Guests will be responsible for all damages. Dogs are not allowed on furniture. Dogs are not to be left alone unless crated. Dogs must be picked up after in the yard or you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. Unauthorized dog/animal will result in a $400 fine.

Summary: This is a cute, little cottage close to downtown Rogers. At the time of our stay, the house did need some maintenance. The owner did tell us they waiting for contractors to address a few issues that we noticed. This part of town has an old/historic feel to it. If you like the downtown square, then you will like this area. The only downside to the location are a busy gas station across the street, and a very busy railroad track as well. We had to communicate with the owner and they were very helpful and polite.

Summary: The little cottage is very cute & they have it well maintained & very clean. The communication from the owners was very clear & made the check in extremely easy. Our only complaint would be that the area is really noisy in the mornings and the cottage walls are not well insulated for the amount of sound coming through, so sleeping in is not really a thing in there. Otherwise, the beds are comfy, the cottage well stocked & the decor is darling! Overall I would probably still stay there again!

Summary: We found the property easy to locate and easy to access upon arrival. The home has been nicely updated and furnished with beautiful and comfortable indoor spaces as well as a private outdoor patio. My young kids loved the bunkbeds and also the bike trail right out the door. We enjoyed amazing restaurants and parks in downtown Rogers and were only a 15 to 20 minute drive from all of our favorite places in NWA.

Summary: This is a cute cottage that I would highly recommend if you are staying in the Rogers area. There were three of us that stayed, but you could easily have 4-5. It is just as described and very clean. Checkout instructions are very easy. We brought our own coffee, but there was a Keurig with coffe, creamer and sweetener if needed. It is located just one block off of the cute downtown area. I would definitely stay again if I am back in that area!
