Positive: A beautiful house that had everything we needed. With 4 adults, 3 teens, 2 kids and a baby we still had plenty of space to not feel on top of each other. The kids loved the games! Great to be able to park 2 cars off the road. It's a shame the weather was so bad because the garden was beautiful and we would have loved to use the firepit! -next time for sure
Negative: It's a shame the water goes all over the floor in the bathroom with no seal/door so we went through every single towel in the house. Other than that we loved everything!

Positive: Cute little house beautifully renovated on the border of Ettalong and Umina with everything you need for your stay Very close to the beach for leisurely walks. Not a large house and bedrooms are on the small side but this wasnt a problem for us. Could get a bit chaotic with a large group Great outdoor deck which catches afternoon sun Note the second bathroom is outside again not too much of a problem but did only use the one inside overnight. Found some great little restaurants to eat at within walking distance Grand Pavillon Indian and Margarita Daze highly recommended.

Positive: Such a gorgeous little cottage. Plenty of space, well appointed with fans, and all you needed. Great location. Plenty of beds. Coffee, tea and good sized fridge.
Negative: Floor and plates/cups/baking dish etc were dirty. BBQ was dirty - didn't use. Baking paper would have we been handy.

Positive: I booked as the place has great reviews! Our family now after recent stay can attest to the rave' about Kos Koliba. Simply beautiful - high ceilings, shower invigorating, full provisions ample for the number of people that can be accommodated - eg. coffee,tea, towels, bbque necessities,etc. The business owners furnished and stocked up the place for the enjoyment and comfort of the guest, so impressed as the place was comfortably cooled (air-conditioned) when we arrived. Surprisingly, even a bag of ice in the freezer for our drinks. As a host for my family, I found all that I required to entertain. In the kitchen - after meals, glad wrap, foil & baking(non-stick)paper. In the lounge -board games, puzzles. For the 2 nights we stayed, we didn't have to use the car to go to the beach and shops both within reach 3-15 min walk Finally, this place we will recommend to the rest of the family and friends. We were delighted to have stayed here and thanked the owners for a well thought of wonderful accommodation aim to please occupants.
Negative: The height of the bed ( front room) could be a bit higher - not a great fan of feather pillows, prefer firmer ( of course, this is our personal choice).
