Positive: Right in heart of Malton so can walk to shops, coffee houses and restaurants. Parking easy with a permit outside property in long stay car park. Nice vibe to property.
Negative: Windows need to be updated really. It wouldn’t stop me staying again.

Positive: Absolutely lovely little place, great location, every facility we could ask for, safe and secure. Will definitely be wanting to book this place again to visit the area and family.
Negative: Loved it all, but I would say to physically less able people to be weary of the steps in the photo. But the place itself is perfect!

Positive: Very well situated. Just five minutes from train and bus station. Easy to reach high street on foot. Talbot Food Court is nearby and not to be missed. There’s a car park literally outside the door but doesn’t cause a noise nuisance. Front door has internal bolts which is a good feature for solo travellers. Owners are extremely helpful and friendly.
Negative: Not many windows open.
Summary: Perfect flat for visiting Malton and surrounding areas.

Positive: Loved the location! Very accesible by public transport. 2 min walk to bus, train or shops like morissons or Ralph Yates (which was a really nice surprise). The appartement itself is in an old building and very cosy, clean and well equipped.
Negative: Not really anything, but heard coastliner service will be reduced.
