Positive: Excellent location. Parking permit provided by host. Eateries and supermarkets all close by. Only an hour or two to the coast and moors.

Positive: This was my second stay in Rodgers Mews. It is located in a car park but looks out onto the River Derwent and an old, picturesque flour warehouse which is surrounded by open countryside. Surprisingly, there is barely any noise from the car park. The interior is tastefully furnished, it’s clean, cosy and warm. The bed is comfy and the bath is luxuriously deep. The owners supply a parking permit for the duration of your stay which is a nice surprise and they are also extremely helpful and friendly.

Negative: The alley to the flat is a tad creepy but there is an alternative route which I feel should be pointed out on key collection day.

Summary: I will definitely be staying again!

Positive: Right in heart of Malton so can walk to shops, coffee houses and restaurants. Parking easy with a permit outside property in long stay car park. Nice vibe to property.

Negative: Windows need to be updated really. It wouldn’t stop me staying again.

Positive: Absolutely lovely little place, great location, every facility we could ask for, safe and secure. Will definitely be wanting to book this place again to visit the area and family.

Negative: Loved it all, but I would say to physically less able people to be weary of the steps in the photo. But the place itself is perfect!
