DESCRIPTION: 2 rooms refurbished and classified 4☆, quiet and comfortable in a closed and secure tourist residence with private parking. Neat and modern decoration, a large south-facing terrace (plancha, garden furniture and deckchairs, large parasol) overlooking a private garden with trees and flowers . New and comfortable bedding: 2 beds of 90*200 in the room to the north on the scrubland and 1 convertible leather sofa with bed 160*200 in the living room. Bathroom with separate shower and WC.
EQUIPMENT: Fridge-freezer, washer-dryer, dishwasher, oven, combined microwave, complete small household appliances, 2 smart TVs 55 and 42 inches, 500 Mb/s fiber Internet.
IN THE RESIDENCE with trees and flowers: 10*20m swimming pool and children's pool closed and secure with deckchairs (open from the beginning of May to the end of October). Playground for children, table tennis, tennis, boules court.
IMMEDIATE NEAR : 10 minutes walk from the beaches, the coastal path and the typical small fishing port of Carro with its daily fish market, shops and restaurants. Many marked hiking and cycling trails by the sea, in the scrubland and pine forests. Kitesurf spot and school.
THE REGION : sublime creeks and beaches from the Côte Bleue to Marseille. A tourist train from La Couronne / Carro SNCF station 2 km away will take you either to Martigues, the Venice of Provence or in 30 minutes to L’Estaque by the coast overlooking these magnificent creeks. A maritime shuttle will take you from the port of L'Estaque to Marseille, offering you splendid views of the bay and the islands, Notre Dame de la Garde, the Mucem, the Cathedral La Major, the Palais du Pharo, and the old port of Marseille.
To the west, you are one hour by car from the city of Arles and the Camargue Natural Park and to the north, the most beautiful villages of the Provencal countryside: Eygalières, Isle sur la Sorgue, Les Baux de Provence, Lauris , Menerbes and Lourmarin.
