Positive: A lovely stay! A beautiful cottage in a pretty village. Nice and private. Good local pub 2 min walk away. Great base for Hadrians Wall etc. The hosts were wonderful. Thank you for a relaxing trip.

Positive: We had a lovely few days at this cottage. Everything was provided for it. It was comfortable and clean. The location was just half an hour from we were heading to Hadrian's wall, which was perfect. Cannot fault the cottage and would definitely recommend The village was lovely, just a pub but that wasn't an issue for us, nice and peaceful as well as some local walks.
Negative: Nothing we did not like.

Positive: Beautiful cottage cosy and made us feel relaxed from the moment we stepped through the door. It had everything we needed. Everything was clean and fresh, lovely decor. Lovely dog friendly pub less than 5 min walk, locals in village very friendly and lots of local walks. Perfect stay prob one of the best kitted out cottages as the host had thought of everything we might need during our stay.
Negative: There was nothing to not like, it was perfect and dog friendly too. We will definitely stay there again.
Summary: Perfect stay, pretty cosy cottage. Great location for local pub, local walking routes and close drive to lots of places

Positive: The property has been furbished to a very high standard of fittings and decor, clearly with care and attention to detail, so that It feels homely. It is located at the edge of the village - a 5 min walk to 'the pub' (Duke of Cumberland) which is the hub and focal point of the local area, where visitors are made very welcome and the food (extensive menu) is excellent. Hosts are on stand-by and offer helpful advice & assistance. Parking is immediately outside with a pathway (5m) to the door.
Negative: There isn't anything we didn't like.
