Situated by Spout Run, 66, the GW Parkway, the home is also a 10 minute drive to Georgetown. Only 1 mile away from restaurants and shops in exciting Clarendon & Ballston and the Metro. Brand new luxury furniture & linens, 65 inch flat screen TV's, Sonos, TV's and mattresses. 2019 Master Bathroom remodel. This 3,500 square foot home is fengshui designed by 3 famous Zen-Buddhist Masters. Perched high on a hill, you have exquisite tree-lined views everywhere. Front porch and back patio with bistro lights are the perfect way to enjoy the country landscaping which is a stone throws away from urban excitement. This is an extremely clean, fresh and impeccably maintained home which is ideal for a short term rental, family vacation or business getaway . Arlington Zen is my third VRBO property and customer service is my specialty. Summary: Three generations stayed in this wonderful home! We were attending my daughter's graduation from Georgetown -- the location is just perfect. You're close to campus, restaurants, and the Reagan airport and feel like you're away from the city. The beds are super comfortable, fully stocked kitchen, and linens, etc. The house has a great layout for family members to have their own space and to gather in the kitchen, sitting room, or living room. Randi, the owner, is easy to communicate with and very responsive. We highly recommend!!

Summary: Our family of 6 - two grown children with spouses spent 10 days over Christmas break here, and it was lovely. Everything was well appointed, the kitchen easy to cook in and ample space, a lovely fireplace, comfortable dining room and just the coziest beds. Having a downstairs suite was nice too, giving people space to go wrap presents or do different things. The location in N. Arlington was incredibly convenient for us, walking distance to the Safeway for last minute food items. The host is AMAZING, so very communicative and helpful. I stay in temporary rentals all the time and this is among the very best.

Summary: This home is perfect for a family gathering, as there is plenty of space for all! The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed having the ability for the family to together in the kitchen and adjoining common room. The communication with the owner continued from the time we reserved through our departure and all of our questions were answered. If you are looking for beautiful accommodations near the DC area, this is an excellent choice!

Summary: Loved staying in this beautiful home in Arlington. The house had everything we needed for a family get together, with plenty of room for everyone. Randi was an amazing host, who provided lots of information on the area, and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We were very close to DC and Alexandria. It is a great location. Highly recommended.

Summary: This is my far my favorite VRBO experience. The house was amazing...well stocked on everything you would need and a number of things you might not think of. There were even board games available to all ages. The house has a cozy feel to it and was very comfortable to stay in. The host was amazing, helpful and thoughtful! We will definitely stay again if we are in Arlington!
