Positive: The location was great—close to the SHARC swimming area. It stayed cool thanks to the shade and was conveniently near bike trails and the golf course.
Negative: The hot tub wasn’t working one day, but the local staff were accommodating and had it fixed by the next day, which I appreciated.
Summary: Overall, it was a great stay—comfortable, well-located, and the staff were helpful and responsive.

Positive: This property was a dream for our party of 7 and 3 dogs! The house is charming and the layout is great! With the bunk room upstairs with its own bathroom and loft to hang out in, the kids were stoked. The kitchen/living room/great room was super for cooking meals and still being part of the fun. The dining room sat us all perfectly. The hot tub was great! The location is awesome! Super close to the SHARC (pool) and the Village.
Negative: The beds were really uncomfortable—for everyone. I hate saying that—because everything else about the house was so comfortable. If the beds had toppers—this place would be a 10 across the boards.
Summary: This place makes for a great Sunriver vacation!!!

Positive: Excellent location by the sharc center, hot tub was nice, kids loved the bunk beds, nice kitchen, right on the bike path, lots of towels and places to hang them
Negative: Uncomfortable beds, lots of bugs (ants and beetles), porch had pollen all over it and the patio table wasn’t wiped off ( a quick clean to the patio would make this more enjoyable)
Summary: Excellent location in Sunriver, but rustic!

Positive: great location, loved the upstairs, loved the fire place.
Negative: it was VERY dark, and a bit outdated. not enough garbage space.
Summary: I loved all the communication by the staff the staff.

Negative: In general the whole unit is very tired. Microwave was locked and we could not use it. Water facet in upstairs bathroom worked haphazardly. Linoleum in upper bath pulling away from bathtub. No dresser or storage space for cloths in bunk room. Carpets could be cleaned.
Summary: Could have been better but served the purpose of a two night stay while traveling.

Positive: The kitchen was modernized and fully stocked. There were plenty of dishes and utensils. The jacuzzi was nice. The bed was comfortable. The table and chairs on the deck was nice. I enjoyed convenient access to fishing streams nearby. SHARC was nice when we finally got it.
Negative: Since we had never been there before, it was hard to get around. A map on the kitchen table showed attractions in Bend, but nothing for Sunriver. When we tried to get a map online to get around, we found that the WiFi connection did not work. It took 5 days to get the WiFI working! Verizon telephone reception was so poor ( 1 1/2 bars) that we could not download maps or emails on line. We found a hard copy map in the Village the second day. That helped a lot and would have been so helpful on arrival (we left it for the next guest). Although we were there 2 weeks, we could only use the SHARC facility once. There was usually a minimum of a 1 1/2 hour wait and it could only be used once a day. We tried to go three other times, but the wait was too long. We asked 6 months in advance (online) and 1 week in advance how to get access to the SHARC facility. We never got a reply? The instructions were there when we got there, but we're wondering why no one would reply? Lighting in the bedrooms was almost non-existent. A digital clock in the main bedroom would have been a real plus. We tried to use the gas grill but found it very challenging because the burners and control valves would not regulate the volume of gas (rusted?). One burner on low was keeping the temperature at 500 degrees (if the thermometer was correct). We finally turned the main knob on the gas cannister almost all the way off and only used one burner to have a reasonable flame. The grate was good, but a renovation of the internal components seems in order.
Summary: Been there, done that. Nice to visit once.
