Positive: Very well appointed spacious flat, that oozed class. I've stayed in apartments at the Rest in the past but none with such magnificent views to the sea.
Negative: No lifts, but that is a bit picky.

Positive: Everything was absolutely perfect. The location was outstanding. The facilities were second to none , lots of things provided, tea, coffee ,milk, sugar, and even a lovely coffee machine and the coffee pods to go with it . We will definitely be returning. Just gutted, we couldn't find the guest book to leave lots of positive feedback back. Also gutted, it's booked up for the dates we wanted to rebook for Thank you for a fantastic stay.
Negative: Nothing, it was perfect . No negative comments at all Just loved it all.

Positive: The apartment was well equipped & furnished. It was spacious with lovely sea views.
Negative: The heating controls & the heated towel rails. No matter what temperature I tried to set, the rooms - especially the master bedroom - never seemed to warm to the set temperature. It’s a pain having to reset the towel rails every couple of hours. I think that maybe the technology has been affected by people fiddling with the controls too much.
Summary: An excellent location to enjoy Porthcawl’s best beaches.

Positive: It is extremely spacious with amazing views. We didn’t expect it to be in such a great spot. Short drive in to the town but if you’re surfing, the beach is a 30 second walk away.
Negative: Just the short trip in to town, but didn’t bother us.

Positive: The location, the quality fittings and equipment, the overall sense of high quality for everything.... and of course great views and being within a few minutes walk of the beach.
Negative: Overall it was so excellent, these are just niggles. The info for arrival [finding the designated car parking space then finding the actual apartment in the blocks was difficult and frustrating... and it's a long way to carry luggage from car park space to the apartment [even before you arrive at the long staircases!] The heating system was difficult to fathom and the thermostats in the bedrooms were fixed not to go higher than 17 which was too cool for our preference [the rest of the thermostats were settable to whatever preference required]
Summary: Best feedback: we would happily rebook if going to Rest Bay again.
