Orange Tree is a quiet neighborhood located off of Route 27 in the Four Corners area of Clermont, Florida featuring tennis courts, playground, nature trails, stocked trout pond and even you-pick citrus trees!
Perhaps the best kept secret in the Orlando area (and we hope to keep it that way), Four Corners is just eight miles due west of Disney by car (but only about five miles as the crow flies), and sits right next to Kissimmee.
Easy access to Disney is via West Irlo Bronson Highway (192) from Disney's quieter west side.
You literally only make two turns after leaving the neighborhood to get to Disney!
In Four Corners, you have the option to avoid almost all of the tourist traffic for all your daily shopping and dining needs. There are plenty of wonderful dining and shopping options in this area as well as North on 27 in Clermont's residential town center.
For nature lovers, Lake Louisa is just 5 miles away, offering trails, picnic tables, hiking, biking, kayaking and horseback riding for a $5 per car entry fee (rentals and horses extra). Clermont offers a gorgeous landscape of rolling hills unique in Florida, most of it undeveloped or covered in citrus groves.

This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.

* You may need to add a refundable security deposit of $259. $59 of this amount is a one-time fee for insurance protecting you up to $1500 of accidental damage and the remaining $200 to be returned to you post departure should there be no excessive trash or clean required from your stay. Please confirm at point of reservation
