With no abutting cottages, the backyard provides incredible privacy. Large yard and carefully maintained wooded area with custom paths. Plenty of room for adults and children to play and explore. Located in the town center, the property is very unique and sits between Walter's Basin Restaurant and the Squam Lakes Marketplace. There are also two Marina's, including the one seen in the movie 'On Golden Pond'. The house is on Little Squam Lake, located right near to the canal which leads to Squam Lake, which provides incredible views of the surrounding mountain ranges. The Squam Lakes Science Center is also within walking distance. Winter activities include snowmobiling, skiing, and ice fishing.
