Positive: Great apartment, great for kids with the bunk bed and a variety of toys. Pool was fabulous. Location was great, near enough to tram stops and a supermarket.
Negative: Collecting the keys from a different location was a little bit inconvenient with young kids and luggage. But was managable

Positive: We loved the location- so central to everything! The beds were comfortable and it was clean.. Our children enjoyed the toys, and we appreciated having an iron, and kitchen facilities
Negative: The front door sticks, was difficult to open. There was no information in the unit on how to use the TV, and other devices. The dining chairs were very cracked and worn (we were scared to sit on them). We had no one to contact for queries- emails went unanswered. Thankfully the Mantra staff helped us out when our key card stopped working!
Summary: We enjoyed our stay in Melbourne, and were grateful for the clean, central apartment we stayed in.
