Positive: The place was lovely. It was clean and very neat. It was beautifully decorated and had the best bath. The hostess was extremely helpful and welcoming.
Negative: An option for a TV would have been nice, but not a train smash.

Positive: Lovely hostess :) Comfy stay. I'd just suggest - electric blankets for winter? - a front facing light for make up
Negative: - breakfast felt a bit overpriced for what one gets - however I understand the cost of service included - the only complaint was the cold in bed despite using the heater - would suggest the option of electric blanket or blanket on the mattress under mattress protector trick - cold bathroom floors - perhaps an extra mat in winter? As the only one provided gets wet from the shower spray. - the noise from neighbouring units' water works was a bit disruptive, otherwise lovely.

Positive: Extremely pleasant atmosphere, think homely, with a very warm reception. Perfect amenities, cosy and comfortable. Very suitable location for Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens or anything in the Newlands/Claremont area.
