Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was clean, kitchen was well equipped, the beds were very comfortable, and the location was perfect. My daughter and her friends, who attend Tabor college, thoroughly enjoyed the downstairs and played pool every day. I enjoyed the big kitchen to make home cook meals for the college “kids”. The landlord was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Hillsboro or Marion. NOTE: we had been staying in another VRBO rental, which had issues, not the owner’s fault and I found this rental, Laurie was so responsive, accommodated our situation and we were able to change houses the very next day.

Summary: Our stay at the sunnyside lake house was absolutely amazing communication with Laurie was better than any host ive had. The property was not only clean but it was homely. It felt like you were visiting a friends home and not a rental. They even had a tree up inside for the holidays which my son loved very much. It had all the cooking ware plenty of dishware, and the kitchen is very spacious. Over all our stay was great and our host wvn messaged us to make sure everything qas still gong well. It safe to say we will definitely be booking with Laurie again. 100 out of 10 recommended

Summary: We came to visit friends, but wanted our own space with our 3 young kids + 2 young dogs. Communication was very easy. The lake house had everything we needed and more. Well stocked kitchen, clean beds and bathrooms, and plenty of entertainment for all. We enjoyed walking around the lake and playing on the playground + taught our older 2 kids how to play pool. They already want to come back when we have more time so we can use the boat! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!
