Summary: The property is within walking distances from everything. Only problem I had was the bathroom was not properly clean and the owner had to send someone to clean and responded in a timely manner. Overall a good stay but I think the owners need to inspect the cleanness more throughly.

Summary: 1st off the stair case, 1st floor bathroon and all closet doors are very short. We both hit our heads regularly. This should be noted in the listing. 2nd problem we had was the yard wasn't mowed. It was over 2 FT. tall! My stay was for 7days and I called the property mgr who DID respond quickly and said it'll be fixed quickly. NEVER got dealt with for the entire week. 3rd issue is both toilets are so loose that I feared damage. On the good side, the house is very cute and setup well enough for smaller people. Not for my friend and I who are 6ft2 and 6ft3.

Summary: We really liked the house and location. It was fully furnished and well appointed. The only issue that we had was that the air conditioning units in the upstairs never worked properly. They did attempt to fix it at the end of our stay but even then it didn't work.
