Positive: Im not a big fan of a caravan! However this one is like a mini house! And warm! Beds super comfortable, the kitchen is fully fitted! And i mean fully fitted! Washer and dishwasher you could easily come for a few weeks in the summer months and have a fabulous time! The location of the van is also fabulous near enough to the sites entertainment etc but not too near! We travel up every school holiday so we can visit my husbands 2 oldest children, so we normally stay at Whitley Bay however we will 100% be back here! Site and van is best i have stayed in!

Negative: If im being picky, it was a little dusty and cobwebs with spiders. However, so is my house, and it's the time of year. Also there is no path from the caravan to the road so your shoes get muddy!
