Fabulous vacation home on a direct access canal with 6 bedrooms and 3 baths. Caged in the heated pool, a huge waterfront patio, and a boat dock. The boat is not included in the rental, but a separate boat rental (external 3rd party) is readily available. The space Welcome to the Perfect Cape Getaway! This fantastic home has just been added to the rental market and is a rare find in Cape Coral! This villa has 6 bedrooms, 3 Full Baths, and sleeping accommodations for up to 13 guests. View the awesome sunsets out by the pool or on the large dock with this home's western rear exposure, while enjoying the comfortable, new scaled furnishings. This Getaway retreat is a boater's dream, with its quick sailboat access to the Gulf of Mexico. There are 2 master suites. The first floor has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master on the first floor has a king-size bed and a pool bath. The remaining bedrooms have a queen bed, 2 twin beds, and 4 bunk beds- perfect for the extended family. The 2nd floor features the 2nd master with a king bed and a balcony overlooking the extra wide canal. There is an additional bedroom on the 2nd floor with 2 twin beds. All bedrooms have new bedding and upgraded linens! The electric heated pool is the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach, boating, golfing, fishing, or enjoying other nearby activities the Cape has to offer. The Kitchen has been fully stocked with all the modern conveniences of home and everything the family chef will need while on vacation. The 2-car garage and circular driveway offer plenty of parking. This villa is located in a quiet, yet convenient neighborhood that is close to restaurants and shops.
