Enjoy a dream stay in one of our apartments close to the beach in Cape Coral!
The Beach Resort includes 4 apartments and 1 studio. Our resort is located in the heart of Cape Coral, close to the southern Cape Coral Bridge that connects Fort Myers and Cape Coral. This is the ideal location to get to Florida's attractions and beaches quickly by car. The proximity to Cape Coral Beach also allows you to enjoy shorter beach stays and end the evening in one of the many nearby bars and restaurants.
Our apartments are individually designed and are in an easy-building complex, which offers absolute privacy.
Each apartment has its own very private terrace and private sunbathing area, which already gives you the right beach feeling. The huge (shared) pool area with a heated spa and integrated seats is screened and keeps out troublesome insects and animals.
APARTMENT SUNSET
You can expect a bright, spaciously living/dining area with an open-plan kitchen. Large windows let in plenty of light. The way from the well-equipped kitchen to the dining area is short or you enjoy your breakfast at the kitchen counter.
A big sofa invites you to relax. Here you can enjoy a book or watch the latest news on television.
The bedroom is generous - in the spaciously closet you have ample room to space newly purchased or brought clothes and treasures. The queen-size bed promises a good night's rest...
The bedroom includes a sufficiently large bathroom, with a bathtub.
Of course, you don´t need to bring bedding or towels. In addition to bath towels, beach towels are available.
To enjoy the great Florida weather, the apartment has a private screened outdoor area with seats. Besides sunbathing at the shared pool area, there is a private deck area available.

Summary: The property was just as described. So many hiking trails in the area. Close to everything if you can pull yourself away from the waterfront and relaxing on on of the decks.

Summary: I had a wonderful stay at “Top of the Sea”. The view from the deck and living room was fantastic. I was amazed at how fast the tide comes in and out. My friends who stayed with me for part of my stay were really taken with all the sea birds that they saw. The house is close to Brunswick, which makes it easy to go shopping or to visit some of the local restaurants. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of pots, pans, utensils and dinnerware for those nights when I stayed home. My vacation was the BEST!!! Lee

Summary: Everything about our stay was perfect. Excellent communication, easy check-in and check-out, comfortable beds and linens, well stocked kitchen……and the views!! An amazing stay. Should be noted that if you have mobility issues this may not be the perfect place for you. Many steps to get to the house from where you park your vehicle. There is one bedroom on the first floor and two on the second floor so there are stairs inside as well.

Summary: Our family had a wonderful stay at this house in Harpswell. The location is phenomenal, with a gorgeous view of the water. As often as we could, we had breakfast on the deck, where we watched herons, bald eagles, and ducks on the water. The house was also very well-appointed for our stay, and well taken care of. Recommended very highly!

Summary: Our group of 5 stayed at this super cute, quaint home on the water. It was clean and ready for us when we got there. We enjoyed many evenings on the patio overlooking the water playing card games and enjoying our time as we had a reunion of friends from over 20 years ago. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room. Would definitely stay there again.
