The Brookings Beach House is a wonderful vacation rental home in Brookings, Oregon. A 2700+ square foot cottage style home with all of the amenities one would expect. Fenced Back yard Gazebo for Barbecuing
2 Master Bedrooms... Available are a nicely stocked kitchen, and a mini bar Upstairs, 2 Bathrooms 1 with a Jacuzzi tub only, four bedrooms, Library, Dining room, 2 TV Rooms and a huge living room. Wireless Internet. Also available are high speed internet (cable modem), Roku's and a video library with over 250 videos and DVD's. 2- Large Flat Panel TV's.
40' TV/VCR upstairs, The den has a nice stereo listening area with comfortable couches, chairs, and a lovely dining area. Huge video library w/over 250 videos. 2 Pinball Machines, fooseball table, Pool Table and Air Hockey Table in the game room.
There is a beautiful deck and Gazebo off the kitchen with 2 barbecues (1 gas, and 1 Charcoal) all ready for a family get together. This home sits on a third of an acre and is completely fenced. There is plenty of parking inside the yard for your vehicles. Tons of toys and games for children and adults.
The house has just been updated and features all new smoke detectors, Washer and Dryer, locks, fire extinguishers, paint, wood floors, and furniture throughout. Free WiFi. Fenced yard movies VHS and DVD's.
