Summary: 28 Hotel has great hospitality. Staff were very friendly and helpful at every interaction (including leaving bags prior to check-in, forgetting a key card, offer of free upgrade) and the availability of fruit, pastries and coffee/tea made for a lovely vibe in the lobby. The room itself was pretty basic, but had all the important amenities including iron and board, hair dryer, TV, microwave, bar fridge, clean sheets, nice pillows. I'd happily stay again.

Summary: Air conditioning was really loud and couldn't be turned off. Thankfully earplugs were available from reception but not ideal. Service and staff were great though.

Summary: Staff were excellent, attentive, polite and helpful. The hotel itself was okay, the foyer was welcoming and clean. Our room was again, okay.... Not very functional, the TV over the the side on a desk, really only allowing the person on the left side of the bed to watch. The bathroom, slightly dated, however spacious with a good size shower. Amenities were basic. However in saying that the accommodation served it's purpose, it was a secure location where we felt safe and comfortable.
