Positive: Good location, bus stop outside the hotel to bondi junction or 10mins walk to central station. Very good bakery & cafes just around the corner from the hotel. Hotel room has separate kitchen & open dining area to the bedroom, separate bathroom

Negative: Shower cubicle could do with a complete refurbishment. Kitchen equipment needs a serious overhaul, ie; 2 dinner plates but only 1 side plate, the cooking pans very poor quality & cleanliness. Nice size room but no separate seating area to watch tv
