294 Chestnut - Convenient to all Oneonta has to offer. 1.6 miles to All Star Village, walkable to many restaurants in the neighborhood, close to both colleges, and 1.2 miles to Main Street. This charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has been an important part of the owner's family for many years, and they are excited to share its charm with you. There is a quaint backyard for outside dining and a game of catch, as well as a covered front porch that is great for a morning cup of coffee.
Inside there is plenty of space for your small group. A comfortable living room with a sectional couch and large flat-screen TV, and a dining area between the living room and kitchen makes for great flow as you try and get meals on the table. On the 1st floor there is also a bathroom with a shower and washer/dryer. Easy access to the back yard from the kitchen makes grilling and outside dining very easy.
All bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. Up here you will find 3 bedrooms with 3 different-sized beds to meet your needs. Bedroom 1 has a King, bedroom 2 has a queen and the 3rd bedroom has a double. There is a bathroom with a tub/shower off the hallway upstairs. All bedrooms have their own SmartTv .

Summary: This house worked great for our larger family! Everybody had their own space and bed. Having the washer and dryer and full kitchen was so helpful especially for all of the baseball stuff. We had a few rain delays, and the house is so close to the fields, we were able to go back and relax while waiting on the rain to pass.
