Summary: This home is about 25 minutes away from Dreamspark and about 10 minutes away from All Star Village. This home is very cozy, spacious, comfortable and clean. This location is in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Friendly host and great communication.

Summary: This is a wonderful place to stay, with all the comforts of home!! And the hot tub was great after a day at ASV!! It’s very close to ASV as well! This is the place to stay!

Summary: 96 Spruce was a great find! Evelyn was wonderful to work with and a great communicator. The property is so well stocked with anything we could have needed. The beds were comfortable and the location is just minutes for the many trips back and forth to the All Star Village. We thought we would have had more downtime to spend at the property but the baseball schedule didn't allow for much but the time that we spent at the property was relaxing. The hot tub was a nice touch and everything was very clean. We are returning next year to Oneota for my other son's tournament and I will be looking to see if 96 Spruce is available for our dates!

Summary: The home was exactly as described. The only thing I need to mention is that the owner provides everything. There was so much provided that we wouldn't have had to bring 1/2 of the things that we did. She is very responsive to any needs. The beds were comfortable. Everything worked. We had a wonderful stay at this rental.
