The unit includes an outdoor parking near by the unit and is also Located near the clubhouse and the 4 heated pools and a 4 minute walk to the gym with state-of-the-art equipment and machines. There’s no need to choose between relaxing or staying fit during your stay.
The open-concept living room, with a 65” TV and a gas fireplace, and fully-stocked kitchen, complete with stove, is great for both a low-key nights home alone, or simply entertaining.
The table seats 6 and there is 4 barstools at the kitchen counter, plus 2 couches and an armchair.
Down the hall from the living room is an office area to get some work done if needed.

Summary: The condo was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The amenities in the community were great (although I hope they think about investing in some new equipment in the gym...many of the machines were broken). The location is outstanding...close to the 101, hiking, Kierland and you can walk to Fry's and Starbucks. Would definately stay here again.

Summary: The best thing about this unit is location. In Grayhawk with quick access to shopping, restaurants, golf courses, etc. Nice amenities in pool and workout facilities. Unit was cleaned and and stocked as expected. It is a third floor unit but stairs were fine for us. Beds were comfortable.

Summary: My wife and I needed a crash pad for a family gathering during the holidays. This unit was clean, the bed was great and the location couldn’t be beat. The amenities of the complex, including a nice gym, heated pools and hot tubs, had our family wondering where we’d disappeared to.

Summary: We enjoyed this condo for our stay. Great space and amenities. Enjoyed the patio in the afternoon to enjoy the sunshine. The property has nice pool and amenities. Easy drive to some amazing hikes. Property owner has extremely helpful and available. Love restaurants nearby like Isabellas and The Living Room.
