Signature Scottsdale is a great place to stay. It is truly resort like with lush landscaping, two pools, hot tub, fire pit and a fitness center with cardio equipment, weights, sauna and steam room. Shopping and dining are only steps away.
This condo is located on the first floor close to the largest pool, Bbq area and fitness center. It has one bedroom with a plush king size bed for a great night's rest. The couch also folds out with a full size memory foam mattress to accommodate additional guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all you will need to whip up a great meal and serve it. A full size washer and dryer are located in the unit.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay and our host. Everything was lovely, beautifully decorated, comfortable and quiet. We were quite busy and a little chilly during our stay, but the amenities available were so nice, wished we could have taken part. Next time, we'd stay here again for sure!

Summary: The condo was exactly as described and reviewed on the VRBO website: super clean and well stocked with anything I needed. Gail checked in with me several times during my stay to make sure all was well. I specifically wanted to be in this complex because of the beautiful property, proximity to my relatives, and walkability to stores, restaurants, and hiking trails. I will definitely be booking again on my next trip to Scottsdale.

Summary: The condo was perfect, great location with all the amenities we needed. We used the pool and hot tub several times but the location was key for the WM Phoenix Open golf tournament. You will not be disappointed with anything, you’ll have everything you need!

Summary: My daughter and I stayed four nights at the condo, it was perfect. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had every appliance and cooking utensil needed to prepare meals. Nice large shower in the bathroom. Gail was most welcoming and helpful during our stay. Grocery stores and restaurants are near by. We would love to stay again when back in the area.
