BRAND NEW 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Vacation Condo connected to a Waterpark, SPLASH HARBOUR, on the Intracoastal Waterway. You'll love the stunning views, family-friendly atmosphere, nearby restaurants, beach and so much more. These units are great for couples, families with kids ,and/or big groups. Private room amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with a full size refrigerator, with a microwave, stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer and dryer, and toaster.
Small dining area near the kitchen with seating for five, living room area includes a flat screen smart tv, access to the private balcony, and a queen size pullout sofa bed.
Room has a coffee maker and a keurig machine with complimentary coffee/tea supplies, hair dryer, crib availability, separate hanging closets, dishware, silverware, pots and pans, in room a/c and heating controls, and blackout shades.
Bedrooms come equipped with two queen beds in each room, flat screen smart tv in both rooms, and fresh linens. The first bedroom is equipped with a microwave, mini fridge, and private exit/entrance door.
Key to sun decks on the 6th and 7th floor.
Equipped with two bathrooms, one has a walk-in shower and the other has a shower/tub combo. Both are equipped with bath, face, body, and pool towels.
A large balcony overlooks the Intercoastal waterway and a 50 slip marina. Your unit is also only 300 steps to the beach!... The property also boasts a great Key West style restaurant, miniature golf and a game room for the kids. Fishing charters bike rentals and boat rentals are also available. Additional Waterpark tickets are available at 50% off ($13.50) per guest, regular $26.95. The Waterpark has a large free form pool plus a 600 ft Lazy River with 2 giant slides. Each slide is 5 stories high one of which is a twisting and turning body slide and the other a big bowl tube slide of over 300 ft.a large children's splash pad with 3 slides a dumping bucket and a kids Mining experience where the kids mine for fossils, shark teeth and gems complement the park.. There are ample lounge chairs and a Tiki bar as well

Summary: This is our 2nd stay here and we love this resort. This condo is so nice and roomy. The kids love the water park and the beach is beautiful! Several restaurants within walking distance and fresh seafood. We Will stay here again.

Summary: We loved staying here! The host was responsive and even let us extend our reservation last minute. Beautiful condo, amazing views, very comfortable. We walked to the beach, restaurants, and ice cream within a few minutes. We had no problem with parking. Thanks for having us!!

Summary: Condo was clean and in good shape. It is an easy walk to multiple restaurants and a drug store where you can get basic grocery items. The water park was busy but the lines for the slides were never more than 5-10 minutes. Overall, it’s a good location for families. We plan to return.

Summary: We had a great time at this unit. Splash Harbor was a hit. Kids enjoyed the sand toys supplied when they went to the beach plenty of restraunts in walking distance would stay again.

Summary: Property is located a 3 min walk from the beach. Our balcony faced the canal. Very clean and great communication with owner! If you use the water passes, you need to get wrist bands, getting in line with anyone else waiting. We found out the hard way. Pool can be used from 8am to dusk. Great drinks and food at Jimmy Guana's. Beds were comfy, shampoo cond & soap provided. Close to many restaurants and bars. Great stay. We'll be back!!

Summary: The property was very nice, conveniently located near the elevator and trash shoot, overlooking the beautiful marina and water views, splash park was fun, everything was clean and comfortable.
